Peruvian food is a fusion of South American and Asian cuisine. Peru imported workers from China and their influence in the food is very noticeable. The best example I can think of is Chaufa a Peruvian fried rice dish that comes from Chow Fan or Chinese fried rice. Peruvians also use a lot of beans in their food too.
